Over the course of more than 21 years of working in Havering we have established and developed very strong partnership relationships with every Secondary school in Havering. The quality of our programme is such that Secondary Heads actively seek to employ our trainees in their schools.
Across the borough you will find many of our former trainees working in schools, many in leadership positions.
In recent years consistently over 95 % of our trainees have been helped to find employment in teaching before the end of their course with over 50% of our trainees choosing employment in Havering and a further 30% choosing London or Essex schools. Data from a recent report (Jan 2024) from Ofsted shows that our employment outcome record means that we are in the highest 20% of all providers in England.
We provide support through workshops and training sessions to ensure that our trainees have the best possible chance of finding employment immediately.
